Monthly Luncheons are held on the 2nd Monday of each month, September through May, at Little America Hotel, 2800 W. Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY. APRIL PROGRAM: GUEST SPEAKER, ED PROSSER

Mr. Prosser will be speaking about Judge John Alden Riner, who served as a member of the Wyoming Territorial Legislature Assembly and was President of the Council in 1888. He chaired the committee that wrote the Wyoming Constitution. Judge Riner was appointed as Wyoming’s first Federal District Court Judge by President Benjamin Harrison in 1890 and served in that position for 31 years. Judge Alden Riner is the great-grandfather of Ed Prosser, and Ed’s grandmother, Dorothy Riner Prosser, was the daughter of Judge Riner.
