GUEST SPEAKER: MIKE KASSEL, Curator, CFD Old West Museum

Presenting: BEYOND THE BRONZE- HISTORIC SCULPTURES OF CHEYENNE

Mike Kassel will be speaking about the latest book that he and Starley Talbott have recently released. Historic Sculptures of Cheyenne takes a step‍ beyond the CAPITOL AVENUE BRONZE by exploring many of the other sculptures and monuments that grace our city. Many of these new sculptures are a continuation of the remarkable Capitol Avenue Bronze Project that has transformed the community. Many more are projects by organizations and individuals placed over time that celebrate people, share ideas, or even seek to add joy. Join us as we explore the new creations that make our home such a wonderful place to live! ‍
