GUEST SPEAKER: Mr. PHILLIP ELLIS, RANCHER, BANKER

Mr. Phillip Ellis is a third-generation rancher and owner of the 103 -year-old Marsh Ellis Ranch in Chugwater, Wyoming. Phillip grew up on the ranch which is a working cattle ranch and farm. He is a graduate of UW and of the Colorado School of Banking. Also, he is the author of “Your Agricultural Business Plan”, and was an instructor at LCCC in banking economics. He is now retired from the banking industry in Chugwater, Guernsey and Cheyenne. He has been the 2003-2005 Wyoming Stock Growers Association President, and 2015 President of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, as well as serving in several civic organizations.

The public is always welcome to attend our luncheons! Held on the 2nd Monday of the month from September to May, at Little America Hotel, Cheyenne, at 11:30. For reservations, call 307-632-2814 by the Thursday prior to the luncheon date. Cost is $25 with reservation; $30 for walk-ins without a reservation. We always feature guest speakers and programs with outstanding stories about Cheyenne, Wyoming and the American West!
